Raspberry vinegar

SWhite wine vinegar infused with fresh raspberries, strained and sweetened. Mix with olive oil or mayonnaise, or just on its own, for a beautiful salad dressing. Raspberry vinegar is traditionally served over yorkshire puddings and can even be used as a gargle against sore throats!
